Sweet Brioche Dough spiraled with cinnamon-brown sugar and butter filling, with a cup of vanilla bean cream cheese frosting.
 
Picked up proofed but unbaked and frozen, ready for a quick and mess-free sweet treat!  2 lb pan, 8 rolls per pan.  They will "smoosh" together, still easy to separate, but won't bake as individual rolls.
 
Bake uncovered, FROZEN, at 350 for 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
