Working at Path of Life Camp has been an unforgettable experience for the hundreds of young people who have joined our team over the last 50 years. We are always looking for mature, responsible teens and young adults who love Jesus and love kids! There are many positions to fill each summer, including-
Counselors- These very special young adults (18+) are the backbone of our camping program. They are responsible for leading small groups of children and teens to various activities during the day, ensuring safety and security, planning and participating in the camp program throughout the week.
CIT's- These are 16+ year old "counselors in training" who partner with their senior counselors as an extra set of eyes, ears, and helping hands.
Barn staff- These are some of the hardest workers on camp staff, waking up early each morning to feed and prepare our herd of horses for the day. They care for and look after the horses individual needs, but also supervise and ensure the safety of the campers as they develop their riding skills.
Foodservice workers- A great kitchen crew is essential to a great week of camp! We need staff members to work together as a team to prepare, serve, and clean up after 3 meals a day for over 100 people, and maintain a sanitary and safe kitchen.
Maintenance Team- Typically young men who work diligently to keep the grounds of Path of Life as clean and presentable as possible- duties include lawn mowing, weed whacking, trail maintenance, garbage removal, pool cleaning/ATV cleaning and maintenance.
Volunteers- These can be any age, but primarily consist of 14-15 year olds who don't quite make the cut for paid staff selection, but still have a desire to serve the Lord at Path of Life in various areas. This is a great first step in preparation for future summers as camp staff.
All Path of Life staff and volunteers must abide by our
code of conduct and agree to our doctrinal statement.
