Working at Path of Life Camp has been an unforgettable experience for the hundreds  of young people who have joined our team over the last 50 years.  We are always looking for mature, responsible teens and young adults who love Jesus and love kids!  There are many positions to fill each summer, including-

Counselors- These very special young adults (18+) are the backbone of our camping program.  They are responsible for leading small groups of children and teens to various activities during the day, ensuring safety and security, planning and participating in the camp program throughout the week.

CIT's- These are 16+ year old "counselors in training" who partner with their senior counselors as an extra set of eyes, ears, and helping hands.

Craft Director- 16+ Creative, patient with kids, organized, resourceful individual(s) to help with our arts and crafts program. Salary negotiable based on age and experience, availability, etc.

Horsemanship Supervisor- 18+ Reliable natural leader with intense personal responsibility and a focus on safety. They would be working with a team of underage but experienced horse wranglers, happy to teach on the job. Key responsibilities would be adult supervision, leading trail rides, communicating concerns about horse health and tack needs and staff problems with the camp director. Salary negotiable based on age and experience.

Volunteers- These can be any age, but primarily consist of 14-15 year olds who don't quite make the cut for paid staff selection, but still have a desire to serve the Lord at Path of Life in various areas.  This is a great first step in preparation for future summers as camp staff.

All Path of Life staff and volunteers must abide by our

code of conduct and agree to our doctrinal statement.
